·        On November 14, 2006, The Sitao Corporation was founded as an independent, non-profit Corporation that is funded solely by donations, federal and state grants to provide services to underserved youth groups and for any and all other charitable or religious groups.

·        A public charity exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of
the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are fully deductible under section 170 of the code.

·        We welcome donations to help support our programs: Tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the code and individual donations.

·        We are supported by a 12 member Board of Directors
